Back in May this year, Intel Malaysia kicked off a PC Refresh campaign called ‘Generation Today’, encouraging Malaysian consumers to upgrade their ageing PCs to the latest offerings powered by Intel. As part of the campaign, Intel, together with its PC maker partners ran a series of roadshows across 14 cities across the country.
As part of the roadshow, Intel Malaysia offered a trade-in program where consumers can redeem up to RM300 worth of cash rebates in exchange for their old Intel-based PCs of any brand, upon purchase of a Intel-powered touch-enabled Ultrabook, convertible tablet or notebook.
Consumers who upgraded their PCs stood a chance to win prizes worth up to RM95,000. Prizes were presented to the winners at the recently concluded PC Fair.
