Republic of Gamers (ROG) sponsors PSG eSports



You probably didn’t know this (and frankly neither did I), Paris Saint-Germain or PSG for short, has a professional e-sports team. Yes, the PSG we know as one of the world’s leading football clubs. Well, if that didn’t catch your attention, get this – ASUSRepublic of Gamers (ROG) is sponsoring the PSG eSports team.

The sponsorship will specifically focus on the League of Legends (LoL) team. ROG will provide PSG eSports with powerful ROG G20 gaming desktops and 144Hz ASUS MG248Q gaming monitors for their Gaming House in Berlin. Also, on-the-go, the players are supplied with brand new ROG Strix GL702 gaming notebooks.

The PSG eSports team consists of two factions – LoL and FIFA. On the LoL side, players include Matti Sormunen @ Whiteknight, Sung-Min Jin @ Blanc, Etienne Michels @ Steve, Thomas Yuen @ Kirei, Whoohyung Na @ Pilot and Hampus Abrahmsson Thuring @ Sprattel.

Meanwhile, on the FIFA side, they have 2x World Champion August Rosenmeier @ Agge and one-time World Champion Lucas Cuillerier @ Daxe.
