LG Electronics (“LG”) has unveiled the IPS 21:9 UltraWide All-in-One PC (Model V960) at IFA 2013, Berlin, Germany. The cinematically proportioned display range will include the new 29EA73, 29EB73 and 29MA73 monitors.
The world’s first 21:9 aspect ratio monitor was introduced by LG a year ago, and consumer interest has seen a huge increase.
The stunning IPS 21:9 UltraWide All-in-One PC (V960) is an advanced desktop that runs on Windows 8, and comes powered with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M GPU for high graphics performance, and takes advantage of the capabilities of the 21:9 monitor. The expansive 29-inch unit offers picture-in-picture (PIP) functionality, allowing users to surf the web while watching TV. The V960 also ships with a keyboard and mouse.
The new 29-inch IPS 21:9 UltraWide PC lineup is well suited for the modern professional, gamers and movie buffs, with 4-Screen Split and Dual Link-up features. The new series is also Mac compatible and supports Mobile HIgh-Definition Link (MHL), HDMI and DisplayPort.
LG’s IPS monitors have garnered numerous product certifications and industry accolades, including Germany’s Plus X Award for its excellent lifelike colour reproduction, extremely wide viewing angle and smooth image expression that minimises eye strain.
