ASUS Malaysia has announced that it is extending the warranty for all ASUS products for an additional 30 days if a product’s warranty expires during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period.
The warranty extension will be effective immediately once the MCO is lifted.
“With all the challenges posed by the COVID-19 situation in Malaysia, ASUS is required to temporarily pause operations in accordance with the government regulations to protect citizens. We will promptly resume operations once the regulations have been lifted, but please plan for additional time to complete your request. At ASUS, each inquiry is handled with care, and we will continue to look for every possible solution to provide the services you need. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. To contact us, please utilise the ASUS Malaysia Customer Service chat feature, or email the ASUS Malaysia service center directly,” says the statement on ASUS Malaysia’s website.
