Acer has added another feather to its award-winning cap as the Acer TravelMate P645 commercial notebook is honoured with the prestigious 2014 Red Dot Award. The notebook was also one of the winners in Acer’s four big wins at the recent 2014 iF Product Design Awards.
The P645 impressed the 40-member panel of international experts including distinguished fashion designer Datuk Jimmy Choo. Products undergo a rigorous evaluation process, and only the best are recognized for design excellence.

A total of 1,816 manufacturers, designers and architects from 53 nations competed in 23 categories for the Red Dot product design awards.
The Acer TravelMate P645 won in the computers and information technology category.
Designed specifically for commercial, education and institutional customers, the Acer TravelMate P645 exudes business elegance and robustness with its matte black exterior made from carbon fiber and aluminum magnesium alloy.
The notebook packs a 14-inch Full HD IPS anti-glare display, NFC, built-in voice command and integrated biometric fingerprint reader paired with a Trusted Platform Module 1.2 reader.
The Acer TravelMate P645 is priced at RM2,999 and is available at all major authorized Acer resellers nationwide.
