There’s a lot to celebrate for Marvel fans around the world this year. It’s Marvel’s 80th anniversary and also Marvel Studios’ 10th anniversary; The Avengers: Endgame was an epic finish to a decade of glorious Marvel films, and also marks the beginning of more good things to come. There’s another reason to celebrate, and it’s from quite an unexpected entity—Pos Malaysia—our national postal service.
The company has released a limited edition stamp folder set that comprises three stamp sheets with 11 stamps, two souvenir covers, two postcards and one folder.
The set features comic art of all your favourite Marvel characters: Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, the Hulk, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Black Widow, Black Panther, Loki, and Thanos.
The stamps are available for pre-orders staring 4 July 2019 and you can pre-order at any of the 13 General Post Offices nationwide, or via online at eziemall.com. Each set is priced at MYR120. Whilst stocks last. Deliveries will begin from 23 July 2019.
The first-ever Marvel Super Hero-themed stamp series is a collaboration between Pos Malaysia and Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia. The limited edition set is part of Pos Malaysia’s “Setem Ku” collection.
