Unifi Mobile offers free unlimited data during Movement Control Order

Unifi mobile

Everyone has their coping mechanisms to deal with the current two-week Movement Control Order in action to battle the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. Subsequently, many brands have stepped in to help ease the burden of consumers in this challenging period. With the “stay at home” order in effect, Astro and Telekom Malaysia (TM) are offering free access to their content channels. And now, if you’re on unifi Mobile #Bebas prepaid, you’ll enjoy free unlimited data starting today, 19 March 2020.

The free unlimited data is delivered via the BEBAS Weekly pass that usually costs MYR20 per week. From 19 March until 31 March 2020, you can activate and enjoy this pass for MYR0. The awesome thing is that you can subscribe to this pass even if you have MYR0 credit in your unifi mobile wallet.

The unlimited data promo is valid only for 4G LTE coverage areas, so if you’re in a 3G area, you’ll still be using existing data for 3G.

Since it’s a weekly pass, it is valid for seven days. Once that’s expired, you can reactive the same pass for the next seven days.

To activate the pass, you will need to use the mobile@unifi self-care app, available to download for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

That’s not all, unifi is also offering 999GB of hotspot data for selected postpaid plans. This is available for all Unifi mobile postpaid customers on higher-tier plans.
