The much-awaited Apple iPhone 12 is finally out, albeit a little later than usual this year. The powerful new line-up comprises the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. Across the board, the new smartphone series gets 5G connectivity, edge-to-edge Super Retina XDR displays (bye, bye LCD), a new Ceramic Shield front cover, Apple A14 Bionic chip, and surprise, surprise…MagSafe wireless charging. The Pro models also feature a LiDAR camera, first debuting on the new iPad Pro.
Remember FiLMiC’s onstage demo at the iPhone 11 series launch showing off simultaneous multi-camera video recording on the iPhone 11 Pro? I’ve been impatiently waiting for the feature to debut in the popular camera app FiLMiC Pro. Well, the day has come. Sort of. You see, FiLMiC hasn’t launched an updated Pro app with the functionality. Instead, it’s spun off a new free app called DoubleTake.
Following what it has done for the past several years, Apple once again is celebrating Chinese New Year with a short film entitled “Daughter.” The 8-minute long film is part of its “Shot on iPhone” series.
Can you believe it? Chinese New Year is just days away! With that said, it’s sometimes worth to take a step back to observe, absorb and capture the stunning sights and sounds of the preparations leading up to the celebrations. Some talented Malaysian creators have done just that, armed with just their iPhones.
Apple over the weekend, released a new Shot on iPhone Experiments video called Experiments IV: Fire & Ice. Just like the rest in the series, it’s spectacular. The iPhone maker also shared a behind-the-scenes video showing you how the effects were created.
The annual 11.11 sale looms and it promises to be the biggest yet because it isn’t just the usual suspects like Lazada, Shopee and PrestoMall holding massive sales, telcos like Celcom are on board too! Team Blue has just kicked off 11 days of treats starting today until 11 November 2019.
The iPhone 11 officially landed on Malaysian shores last Friday, 27 September after a bout of pre-orders the week before (which sold out by the way). Telcos wasted no time to announce their plans and bundles for Apple’s new devices; U Mobile is offering the iPhone 11 from as low as MYR94 per month with its UPackage device instalment plan.
