In support of the Government’s Short Term National Economic Recovery Plan (PENJANA), MyGroser, in partnership with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) is extending its e-commerce offerings to the Penjana Shop Malaysia Online initiative and Penjana Micro & SME E-commerce campaign. The nation’s leading independent online grocery service is offering over MYR1,000,000 in discounts and vouchers to consumers and at the same time supporting Malaysian SMEs in terms of listing, delivery, and marketing their products online.
The campaign runs until 30 September 2020.
Throughout the Penjana Micro & SME E-Commerce campaign period, local SMEs will have access to savings of up to MYR10,000 per company in logistics, marketing, and administration fees when they are listed on MyGroser.
Meanwhile, consumers stand to enjoy up to MYR500 per month in discounts on their grocery and everyday essential purchases via the Penjana Shop Malaysian Online initiative. These discounts can be redeemed through the “Voucher” tab on the MyGroser app or website.
Both the Penjana Shop Malaysia Online initiative and Penjana Micro & SME E-Commerce campaign are implemented through MDEC to spur economic recovery amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic; stimulating online consumption through high impact e-commerce promotions executed via a public-private partnership model.
You can choose from a wide array of local and international produce—from local handmade nyonya kuih, halal sourced poultry and products, fresh vegetables direct from Cameron Highlands, and your favourite grocery and supermarket products.
All MyGroser orders are backed by a “Freshness Guarantee”—another unique selling point of the platform.
If you’re for any reason unsatisfied by the quality of the fresh produce, it will be immediately replaced and/or refunded with no hassle.
What really differentiates MyGroser from its competitors is that it operates its own climate-controlled cloud stores. With professionally trained food handlers, high levels of hygiene and cleanliness are always maintained. Customer safety is further enhanced with the implementation of temperature checkpoints for staff and visitors, as well as frequent sanitisation of storage areas, vehicles and packaging, MyGroser explained.
