As you know, the new Huawei P30 series is officially in retail channels right now, priced from MYR2,699. For those who prefer to own Huawei’s latest flagship without paying full retail price, here’s an alternative. There are three ways to enjoy this two-for-one deal: Zerolution—Maxis’ device instalment programme; Zerolution360—Maxis’ phone leasing programme; and a normal MaxisONE postpaid contract.
For all options, for a limited time, you’ll get a free gift worth up to MYR599 with a purchase of any Huawei P30 series (while stocks last). For Huawei P30 purchases, you’ll receive a Huawei P30 Wireless Charging Case (worth MYR268); for P30 Pro (256GB), you’ll get a Waterproof Snorkeling Case (worth MYR428); and a Huawei Backup 1TB (worth MYR599) with every purchase of the Huawei P30 Pro (512GB).
Zerolution: Buy 1 Free 1
For double happiness, you can opt for the Huawei P30 (128GB) offer—MYR99 per month with the MaxisONE Plan 188 (MOP 188) + a mandatory MaxisONE Share Line (MYR48 per month). Your monthly commitment is MYR99 + MYR188 + MYR48 for a total of MYR335 per month. This is tied to a 24-month contract and you’ll get 60GB of all-day data, unlimited free calls + text, and you can add up to four Share Lines.
If you think the MOP 188 is too big a commitment, you may want to consider the MOP 98 which comes with 20GB (all-day) + 10GB (weekend data), unlimited free calls + text, and the option to add up to 1 Share Line. You won’t enjoy the two-for-one P30 deal though.
Zerolution360
As you may know Zerolution360 is a phone leasing programme which allows you to “own” a phone with a flat-fee monthly subscription and zero upfront payment. It comes with comprehensive device protection (damage and theft) as well as the option to upgrade the device yearly. You can pick up the Huawei P30 Pro (256GB) for just MYR99 per month together with any MaxisONE Plan (MOP 128, MOP 158, MOP 188). Or a Huawei P30 Pro (512GB) for MYR166 per month with any MaxisONE Plan (MOP 128, MOP 158, MOP 188).
The Huawei P30 is not available for Zerolution360.
Normal Contract
If you prefer to own the Huawei P30 series with a more conventional telco contract, you can do so with a device fee of as low as MYR1,399 for the P30 bundled with a MaxisONE plan.
The P30 Pro (256GB) can be owned from as low as MYR2,599, while the top-of-the-line 512GB model goes for MYR3,099.
For both the Pro models, the minimum MaxisONE Plan is MOP 128.
