Logitech Slim Folio turns the new iPad into a notebook

Logitech Slim Folio

When you think about wireless keyboards for iPads, one brand springs to mind – Logitech. The renowned computer accessories maker has announced its latest keyboard and case combo – the Logitech Slim Folio, for the fifth-generation 9.7-inch iPad.

The new iPad is Apple’s most affordable tablet to date and it now supports the Apple Pencil. With the Logitech Slim Folio, you can turn it into a mobile workhorse.

The Logitech Slim Folio has large, well-spaced keys, with a row of iOS shortcut keys that put iPad control at your fingertips. You can switch between apps, do a search, have one-click access to the home screen, and also control the volume, all from the keyboard.

The typing angle of the folio case is optimised to provide you with the most comfortable screen angle – whether you’re typing on the desk, or on your lap.

The case is designed to provide you a flexible stand with a magnetic lock to ensure your iPad stays in the perfect typing position. It also includes a holder for the Apple Pencil.

The folio case is slim and light and provides everyday protection without added bulk. It measures 247.8 x 182 x 20mm and weighs just 435g with the battery.

The outer fabric, originally developed for the luggage industry, offers exceptional wear- and spill-resistance, and offers a good grip.

Logitech Slim FolioA smart power management system complements low-energy Bluetooth to offer an amazing four-year battery life from the replaceable coin cell batteries.

As with other Logitech wireless keyboards and folio cases, the Slim Folio is easy and simple to set up. Set the connection to your iPad once, and it will automatically connect every time the iPad is in a typing position.
