Huawei Band 4e

How’s this for a launch offer? The latest Huawei Band 4e (Active) is set to make its Malaysian debut this Friday, 19 Feb at select online platforms. The full-featured fitness band retails for MYR119, however, as part of its launch day sale, lucky customers can own this wearable for just MYR69.

The all-new Huawei Band 4e (Active) comes in Graphite Black and Mineral Red colourways and boasts up to 14 days of battery life.

One of the key features of the Huawei Band 4e (Active) is its ability to clip on to your running shoes. This enables accurate capturing of performance statistics, whether you’re playing basketball, running or cycling.

The band also provides up to nine running form of metrics, thanks to its 6-axis motion sensor and foot-wear mode. This tracks your foot strike pattern, landing impact, cadence, ground contact time and swing angle, just to name a few. The accompanying Huawei Health Application analyses and provides guidance to improving your running technique and to avoid injury risk.

The 6-axis motion sensor also lets cycling enthusiasts monitor their pedalling rate, helping improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.

Specifically for basketball lovers, the band can track and record vertical jump data including jump height and hanging periods. That aside, it can also track speed, distance covered and the number of steps.

Perhaps the most useful is the band’s incredible battery lifespan of up to two weeks of regular use. On standby mode, the device can last up to 21 days.

The compact device also boasts 5ATM water resistance—able to withstand 50m water pressure for 10 minutes under normal temperatures.
