Lenovo honoured with 14 iF Annual Design Awards

With a customer-focused strategy and a brand DNA steeped in innovation and great design, Lenovo has once again wowed the judges at the iF Design Awards 2018. The leading innovator picked up 14 awards for 12 of its distinctly designed products and two innovation concepts.

The winning products include none other than the retro-cool Lenovo ThinkPad 25, developed to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the ThinkPad; the powerful yet portable Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet, as well as the world’s first ARM-based 2-in-1 notebook Lenovo Miix 630.

Lenovo Mirage Jedi Challenges

Other recognised are the Lenovo ThinkVision X24 professional monitor and the immersive Lenovo Mirage Jedi Challenges as well as seven other well-design products.

iF also recognised two innovation concepts—Lenovo SmartVest, the world’s first 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) smart wear and Lenovo Medicine Card, a printable card to help patients to understand how to take their medication.

The coveted iF Product Design Awards is a long-standing awards program recognising the best of international design excellence. A distinguished panel of experts, in design, industry and architecture judged over 6,402 entries from more than 54 countries this year. Entries range from computers to cars, furniture, architecture and jewellery.
