The contest invites all Malaysian sports lovers to submit a 300-word article of any sporting event on espnstar.my in Bahasa Malaysia. Each week, the top entries will be featured on the contest page and will stand a chance to win a Grand Prize of a 2D/1N trip to the ESS studios and newsroom in Singapore. The winner and three runners-up will also receive an exclusive ESPN STAR Sports backpack. While at ESS, you’ll be visiting the newsroom and studios, meeting the awesome ESS presenters, watch a taping of SportsCenter and spend time with the online editorial team to learn what it takes to be a sports journalist.

Malaysia’s newest online source for the best sports news now available in Bahasa Malaysia 

 28 March, 2012 (Malaysia)Espnstar.my, Malaysia’s newest online source for the best sports coverage in Bahasa Malaysia today launched the ‘It’s Your Stage’ contest to encourage vibrant Malaysian sports fans to express their passion for the sports they love online in Bahasa Malaysia.

The contest, which runs from 26 March to 26 May 2012, invites Malaysian sports lovers to submit a 300-word piece about any sporting event on espnstar.my in Bahasa Malaysia during the contest period. Top entries weekly will be featured on the contest page. The Grand Prize winner will be flown to Singapore to enjoy a 2D/1N trip to ESS’ studios and newsroom, where they will meet ESS presenters, watch a taping of SportsCenter, learn about how ESPNEWS is put together with producers and spend time with our online editorial team to learn about sports journalism. There will be one Grand Prize winner, and three runners-up who will receive ESPN STAR Sports backpacks.
