Acer continues to push price-performance ratio with the unveiling of its Acer XF240H gaming monitor. The affordable gaming monitor packs AMD FreeSync and high 144Hz refresh rate.

The 24-inch Acer XF240H features Full HD resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Built-in support for AMD FreeSync allows the monitor to synchronise the amount of frame per second the GPU renders. This results in tear-free, silky smooth game play.

Combined with a superfast 144Hz refresh rate, the XF240H offers excellent in-game experience.

The monitor has an ergonomically-designed stand that allows height, swivel, tilt and pivot adjustment. So you’ll always find your ideal viewing position. It also has a pair of 2W speakers built-in.

The great thing about gaming monitors is that they’re usually not restricted for gaming purposes only. Likewise with the XF240H. Thanks to its size, you’ll be able to view multiple documents on screen, or see them side-by-side simultaneously.

If you’re the Excel spreadsheet kind of guy, then you’ll appreciate less scrolling from the display.

When the work is done, and you’re ready to binge on movies, or indulge in games, the XF240H is more than ready to deliver.

Acer has injected its Acer EyeProtect technology into the XF240H. This includes Flicker-less, Blue Light Filter, ComfyView display and Low dimming modes designed to reduce eye strain and fatigue.

Pricing and availability

The Acer XF240H is priced at MYR1,199 and is available for purchase at all authorized Acer resellers nationwide.
