Alongside the stunning 34-inch Acer XR341CK curved monitor, Acer Malaysia also revealed the Acer XB270HU gaming monitor. The Acer XB270HU is the world’s first 27-inch gaming monitor armed with NVIDIA G-Sync with WQHD (2560×1440) resolution.
Made for gamers, the Acer XB270HU packs a 27-inch IPS display pushing out 2560×1400 resolution at a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz.
The convenient Ergostand design enables adjustable tilt (-5 to 35 degrees), swivel, pivot and height.
With NVIDIA G-Sync built-in, expect stutter-less and lag-free gameplay and zero screen tearing even when playing the most demanding of games.
Grey-to-grey response time is 4ms, with a native contrast ratio of 1000:1. Brightness is 350cd/m2 and viewing angle is typical of an IPS display which is 178 degrees.
The Acer XB270HU monitor comes with Acer EyeProtect and ComfyView technologies to help reduce eye-strain for heavy usage. Being flicker-free ensures comfortable viewing at all times.
Connectivity-wise, there’s a DisplayPort (v1.2) and multiple USB 3.0 ports.
The Acer XB270HU is priced at RM2,599 and will be available in mid-August 2015.
