Key highlights

Lenovo Legion TrueStrike Keyboard

Lenovo’s ThinkPad typing experience is legendary in the notebook PC space. Inspired by this heritage, the Lenovo Legion TrueStrike keyboard rocks 100 per cent anti-ghosting, sub-millisecond response times, and “soft-landing” switches that result in hair-trigger accuracy.

Superior key travel via its second transition curve design ensures a tactile gaming experience while anti-oil coating on keys resist abrasion and ensure durability.

The keyboard layout is ideal for gaming with full-sized keys and numpad. Optional four-zone RGB lighting is available on select Lenovo Legion models.

Lenovo Legion Coldfront 2.0

Lenovo Legion Coldfront 2.0 keeps your system cool and quiet. Heat kills performance, especially when thermal throttling kicks in. With Dual Burn, the system can push CPU and GPU to their gaming limits for more predictable framerates without thermal throttling.

A multipoint sensor array also works to cool down key components in anticipation of intense gameplay.

Battery life boost

Lenovo Legion gaming PCs will be the first to feature the new Advanced Optimus, designed in collaboration with NVIDIA to boost battery life.

Advanced Optimus dynamically switches between the integrated graphics processing unit and discrete NVIDIA GPU for optimum balance of battery life and performance. You can also manually disable the discrete graphics card for longer battery life via Lenovo Vantage’s Hybrid Mode.

In addition, Lenovo Q-Control 3.0 lets you switch between system voltage and fan speeds—Performance, Quiet, and Balanced.

Lastly, Rapid Charge Pro enables you to rapidly charge the notebook when juice is running low. It can charge from 0-50 per cent battery in 30 minutes. It also has a battery sip feature that instinctively release power in small doses for battery life consistency.

Dynamic displays

The new Lenovo Legion notebooks offer HDR as well as Dolby Vision support on select panels, with at least 300 nits of brightness. Panels support 100 per cent sRGB colour gamut for lifelike visuals. Select panels also offer up to 240Hz refresh rates with under 1ms response times.
