Yoodo is giving free 1GB data every Monday

Yoodo Free Data MCO

With the Government’s Movement Control Order (MCO) in effect to curb the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, Malaysian telcos have jumped in to ensure the people stay safe and connected during this trying times. After TM and Celcom, Yoodo (powered by Celcom) is next in line to announce its relief initiative.

Starting today, 20 March 2020, all active Yoodo users will receive free 1GB of data and every Monday until the end of April 2020. Thus, active users will receive the free data on 20/3, 23/3, 30/3, 6/4, 13/4, 20/4 and 27/4/2020.

There are no restrictions on how you choose to use your data.

“Users with active plans” are defined as users who have at least one line with an active plan with their account. If you have multiple lines with your plan, all lines will receive the free 1GB data.

The free 1GB data will be added to your current data balance. The validity of this free data follows the plan that it is granted to. For instance, if your plan renews/expires two days after 23 March, then the 1GB data you receive on 23 March will expire two days after as well.

If you’re a new customer, you will also receive free 1GB data starting Monday, 23 March 2020, and the following Mondays until the end of April.
