If you’re a unifi customer and in need of assistance, there’s now a dedicated mobile app – care@unifi to get you in touch with customer support. The app also enables you to manage your unifi account and pay your monthly dues.
Previously, customers could manage their unifi accounts via the web.
The care@unifi app requires you to use your unifi credentials to log in. If you don’t have one, you can register within the app or via unifi.com.my.
Aside from managing your subscription and getting customer support via Live Chat, you’ll also be able to check on your bills and pay for them. Bills can also be downloaded in PDF format.
If you’re looking to terminate your unifi service, you can do it via the care@unifi app. Note that, based on TM’s updated service policy, a 30-day notice is required before cancelling of a subscription.
The termination request can also be sent via unifi’s website, official Facebook page and Twitter, as well as email at [email protected].
After 30 days, you will need to head to a TMpoint centre to complete the termination process.
The care@unifi app is available for download for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play store.
