Last month, Swiss watchmaker Mido kicked off a 20-day contest for proud owners of Mido watches. Entitled #MyMidoMoment, it was a platform for owners to share their inspiring thoughts and aspirations over Facebook or Instagram.
Running from 15 November till 5 December 2017, the contest eventually saw two contestants taking home a Mido watch worth over MYR4,000 each. Winners were also invited to join Mido’s appreciation night dinner on 7 December 2017, where they collected their prizes.
In the “Lady” segment, Ms Jeena Wong took the win, while in the “Gent” segment, it fell into the welcoming hands of Mr Jason Tan.

Mido recently introduced the Multifort Escape Horween Special Edition, a collection inspired by architecture. Each watch draws inspiration from iconic monuments—timeless and technically brilliant.
This is the second time Mido and Horween have worked together, previously being the first Multifort made with Horween leather in 2015.
The Multifort Escape Horween Special Edition combines the best of Swiss watchmaking with leather from the most renowned tanners.
It boats a robust 44mm stainless steel case with aged and sandblasted black PVD treatment, and comes with two easily interchangeable Horween leather straps.
The watch is equipped with the cutting-edge Caliber 80, an automatic movement that provides up to 80 hours of power reserve.
The Multifort Horween Special Edition retails for MYR4,310.
