Marvel fan or not, it is impossible to deny the impact the Marvel Cinematic Universe has brought upon the world for the last decade. To celebrate the journey from the very beginning—with Iron Man (2008) to the record-breaking Avengers: Endgame (2019), Marvel Studios is, for the first time, presenting a three-month long multi-sensory showcase at Pavilion KL, Malaysia starting 28 June 2019 until 27 October 2019.
The 15,000-square foot Marvel Studios: Ten Years of Heroes exhibition will showcase the epic stories and adventures of favourite Marvel Super Heroes such as Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain Marvel, and more. Of course, let’s not forget the super villains like Loki and Thanos.
Speaking of Thanos, the fictional warlord happens to be the Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad’s favourite character. Mahathir officiated the event with his wife Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah.
The exhibition features 10 fully-immersive galleries featuring original movie props, costumes and stunning concept art from select Marvel Studios’ film, detailed life-size sculptures and interactive experiences.
Check out Iron Man’s Stark Tower, spectacular sights of the Kingdom of Wakanda, and get a chance to relive iconic moments such as “The Decimation” at the close of the epic Avengers: Infinity War (2018), and more.
Marvel Studios: Ten Years of Heroes exhibition is licensed by The Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia to Crave Alive and Beast Kingdom, in collaboration with Samsung Malaysia, Maybank, and KLOOK.
