In case you missed it last night, Apple launched a slew of products headlined by the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. The Cupertino tech giant is serious about getting the new iPhones to as many consumers as possible, and for the first time bringing its flagship devices to Malaysia a week from its global reveal.
To its credit, Apple has narrowed the timeline between global availability and the Malaysian audience over the years. The milestone was the iPhone XR last year, where Malaysia was part of the first wave of launch countries; a pleasant surprise for many.
The new iPhone 11 series will hit Malaysian shores on 27 September 2019 as announced officially by Apple and reflected in the Apple Online Store. Strangely, there’s no mention of pre-orders. Typically, Apple would run pre-orders a week before it hits retail channels. We may see telcos announcing pre-order deals and details soon, though.
So, Malaysian Apple fans won’t have long to wait, and the other surprise is that the new iPhones will be cheaper compared to its predecessors, despite the current unfavourable exchange rate.
Here are official pricing for all three models:
