Hitachi, the leading global electronic company, is hosting the Hitachi Information Forum Malaysia 2012, themed “Empowering Transformation Through Social Innovation”, in line with its corporate statement “Inspire the Next.”
The one-day information forum will be held on 25 October 2012 at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur from 9.00am to 5.00pm. This marks the first ever collaboration by Hitachi Asia and Hitachi Data Systems, bringing the best technologies and solutions from both companies to empower and enrich businesses and society.
Hitachi is actively promoting social innovation projects across the globe in line with its aim to realise a ubiquitous society under the concept of “uValue” – focusing on information and communication access. The forum will showcase Hitachi’s core competency in Social Innovation Business, which draws on intelligent IT to provide an advanced social infrastructure and ensure the possibility to access information “anytime, anywhere”.
Visitors to the Hitachi Information Forum Malaysia 2012 will witness the launch of two new solutions from Hitachi Data Systems – Hitachi Unified Storage Vm (HUS VM) and Hitachi Unified Compute Platform (UCP) family.
Here’s a primer:
- HUS VM – The FIRST platform to combine virtualization with unified storage for all data. No more compromising when it comes to solving customers’ pain points.
