The true wireless earbuds you want is finally available

Just as I’ve been wondering, “when are the AirPods Pro coming to Malaysia?” Apple today finally made it available in local retail channels. The true wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation retails for MYR1,099.

The new Apple AirPods Pro features a new in-ear design, now with the integration of silicone rubber tips for better fit and noise insulation. The earbuds also boast IPX4 sweat- and water-resistance.

Apple uses an “innovative vent suystem to equalise pressure, minimising discomfort common in other in-ear designs.”

Similarly with Sony’s critically-acclaimed WF-1000XM3 earbuds, the AirPods Pro offers two levels of noise cancellation—passive noise isolation through the new silicone tips; and active noise cancellation that can be toggled via software.

There’s also a new Transparency mode that works a lot like Ambient mode on the WF-1000XM3 as well as the Samsung Galaxy Buds. The mode gives your better siutational awareness while letting you enjoy your music on the go.

The wireless charging case has changed in shape and size in tandem with the redesigned buds.

The case delivers 24 hours of listening time or over 18 hours of talktime. The earbuds themselves offer up to four and half hours of listening pleasure, or 3.5 hours of talktime on a single charge.
