Xiaomi Malaysia is kicking off the new year with a bang. The China tech giant has announced a special promotion for its best-selling smartphones at all Authorised Mi Stores across Malaysia. For every purchase of the Mi Note 10, you’re entitled to a free Mi A2 Lite (worth MYR599 RRP). Meanwhile, for every purchase of the Mi Note 10 Pro, you’re entitled to a free Redmi 7A (worth MYR399 RRP). The promotion runs from 1 February 2020.

Launched on 4 December 2019 in Malaysia, the Mi Note 10 features the world’s first 108MP penta camera bundled with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. It also sports a premium design and a massive 5,260mAh battery. The photography-focused smartphoe retails for MYR2,099.

The Mi Note 10 Pro, on the other hand, retails for MYR2,499 and boasts the same 108MP penta camera system plus an 8-piece lens as well as larger 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage.

Xiaomi Malaysia is also updating prices for its Redmi Note 8 Pro and Redmi Note 8, bringing even better value to you. For the Redmi Note 8 Pro, the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage version now retails for MYR899, whereas the 6GB RAM + 128GB of storage now goes for MYR999.

Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 8 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant now retails for MYR699, while the 4GB RAM + 128GB of storage is priced at MYR799.

Finally, the Redmi 8 also gets a price revision, now going for MYR549 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage version.

This price update is effective from 1 February 2020 and is valid at all Authorised Mi Stores in Malaysia

As a refresher, the Redmi Note 8 Pro is Xiaomi’s first-ever 64MP camera smartphone boasting a quad-camera setup and powered by the MediaTek Helio G90T processor. Made for gaming enthusiasts, the Redmi Note 8 Pro boasts an AnTuTu benchmark score of 283,333.

The regular Redmi 8 isn’t shabby either, packing a 48MP ultra-high-resolution quad-camera system and a premium design. It also features a massive 5,000mAh battery that fast-charges via USB Type-C (supports 18W).
