To help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) digitalise their businesses in the “new normal,” unifi is introducing unifi Business Club (uBC)—an all-in-one community that combines the best business solutions, expert advice, and marketing tools.
uBC will leverage on strategic partnerships with industry experts to provide members with the relevant advice, tools, and solutions, including free airtime on unifi TV.
Head of SME Segment at unifi, Azmi Abdullah explains, “unifi understands the challenges that businesses face due to the restrictive movement order. Therefore, on top of having access to expert advice, tools, and solutions from our strategic partners, we want to bring the opportunity for businesses to gain back their business momentum and experience maximum exposure by offering FREE advertising on unifi TV, starting 15 August 2020. This is an excellent opportunity for local SMEs to book primetime slots on our most-viewed channels and advertise their businesses to the large number of unifi TV subscribers. It is our hope that these solutions will help our members grow into key contributors of the Malaysian economy and for them to see unifi as more than just a service provider, rather, an important partner in their journey to success.”
Aside from free advertising, all unifi Business broadband and mobile customers gain instant access to expert marketing and financial assistance, productivity boosters, digital marketing platforms, human resource management tools, and community engagement programmes tailored to various business needs.
These tools are accessible via the unifi Business Club portal.
Within the portal is SME Sama-Sama, a content aggregator that hosts relevant business webinars, talk shows, live chats, events, business tips, and articles. The portal is targeted to launch some time in August 2020.
To kick things off, uBC is offering productivity boosters from partners such as KryptoPOS who is offering a free lifetime subscription to their POS (Point of Sale) software worth MYR1,500 per year.
That aside, Swingvy is offering a 15 per cent annual discount on top of a three-month subscription waiver.
Meanwhile, Lalamove is giving out a 20 per cent rebate in credit for its corporate accounts.
unifi says more strategic partnerships and offers will be announced throughout the year, and members are encouraged to check the portal and social media platforms for regular updates.
The company also revealed that effective June 2020, its Premium Support which entitles members to on-site technical support within two hours of making a request, has been deployed to 25 TMpoint locations nationwide.
