How’s this piece of news for the holiday season? U Mobile has announced it is tripling data quota for all its UMI prepaid plans. This is on top of the free unlimited data for music streaming, video streaming and YouTube and tonton (2AM-10AM daily).
3X more across the board
The top-rung UMI 50 will enjoy 12GB of high-speed internet data (from 4GB previously), free 4GB of Video-Onz, free unlimited Music-Onz and free calls everyday. All this for just MYR50 per month.
The base UMI 20 gets a data boost of an additional 3GB, now at 4.5GB. It’s bundled with free 500MB of Video-Onz, free unlimited Music-ONz and free calls everyday, for MYR20 monthly.
U Mobile has also introduced a brand-new UMI 25 plan which gives you 6GB of high-speed internet, 1GB of Video-Onz, free unlimited Music-Onz and free calls everyday.
Note that free calls cover on-net calls, and is granted upon top-up.
UMI plans are ride-on data plans for U Mobile’s prepaid subscription. You can grab a ‘Power’ Prepaid Starter Pack for just MYR8.50, which comes with MYR5 credit, 150 minutes of free calls, and 200MB of high-speed internet. Top up MYR10 to get free 1GB of high-speed internet for life every month, 2GB of basic internet and 15min free calls to all U Mobile numbers.
