For those who’ve been itching to see the remaining models in the Xperia lineup on the shelves, Sony Mobile Communications has just announced that their Xperia P, Xperia U and Xperia sola models will be in stores starting May 15th (Xperia U and sola) and May 23rd (Xperia P).

The three models will boast their very own unique features with the Xperia P (RRP: RM1,499) featuring Sony’s WhiteMagic™ technology for viewing in any light or dark condition, Xperia U (RRP: RM899) featuring xLOUD™ with Sony 3D surround sound audio technology for your entertainment pleasure and finally the Xperia sola (RRP: RM999) featuring Sony’s floating touch technology for comfortable web browsing.
Do note however, that the Xperia sola is a standalone model and is not part of the Xperia NXT series.
All models are launched on the latest Android Gingerbread platform and will soon be upgraded to the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) in the second quarter of 2012.
