That’s not all. The selfie-centric Galaxy J7+ and Galaxy J7 Pro (2017) also get delicious price cuts. Here’s the price list. The new pricing is effective starting 1 January 2018.
- Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition – MYR2,199 (MYR2,599)
- Samsung Galaxy J7+ – MYR1,299 (was MYR1,299)
- Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro – MYR1,099 (was MYR1,199)
Launched at the end of October, the Galaxy Note FE, IMHO, is the best alternative (and wallet-friendly) to the cutting-edge Galaxy Note8. The Fan Edition device features all the great things about the Galaxy Note7, and even in 2018, will hold its own against the flagships.
It gets a smaller and safe 3,200mAh internal battery, and has Bixby support out of the box.
Running Android Nougat, the Galaxy Note FE rocks a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display with dual-curve edges, a powerful Exynos 8890 chipset, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
On the camera front, it packs a stunning 12MP f/1.7 aperture main shooter, with a 5MP selfie-shooter.

The Galaxy J7+ on the other hand offers a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display and is powered by a MediaTek Helio P20 chip with 4GB RAM and 32GB of storage. A 3,000mAh battery keeps it juiced. It gets a dual-camera system with a 13MP f/1.7 + 5MP f/1.9 suited for Live Focus depth of field effects. The front isn’t shabby either, a big 16MP f/1.9 shooter.
Finally, the Galaxy J7 Pro (2017) sports a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display. It’s powered by an Exynos 7870 processor mated to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. Camera wise, it features a 13MP f/1.7 main shooter with a 13MP f/1.9 unit up front. It has a larger 3,600mAh battery compared to the J7+.
