While we unlucky Malaysian Samsung GALAXY S II owners continue to wait indefinitely for the official Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update, our European friends have it better. Many have begun upgrades from Gingerbread to ICS. To make things smoother and easier, Samsung has released an ICS Upgrade Guide for GALAXY S II owners in Europe.
