Samsung Pay turns one in Malaysia, earn 2X Samsung Reward Points

Samsung Pay

Can you believe it? It’s been a year. Samsung Pay is celebrating its first anniversary in Malaysia. Since its maiden rollout, it has partnered up with seven major banks and loyalty partners and now supported at over 8,000 outlets nationwide.

Samsung Pay is a secure and easy-to-use mobile payment service that lets you make purchases almost anywhere via your supported Galaxy smartphone.

It supports credit, debit and prepaid cards. Using it is as easy as swiping up on your phone, scanning your fingerprint to authenticate and pay.

What’s unique about Samsung Pay compared to competitor solutions is that it’s the only mobile wallet that can be used at NFC or MST terminals. That makes it the widest accepted mobile payment system to date.

What’s also cool is that it supports loyalty cards like B Infinite, Bonuslink and Sunway Pals.

Who needs a physical wallet anymore?
