Galaxy A51, A71 now in Haze Crush Silver

Samsung’s awesome everything Galaxy A series, specifically the Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71, is getting a spanking new colourway—Haze Crush Silver. The striking new colour complements the existing Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush White, and Prism Crush Blue.

Both devices are available on Samsung Malaysia’s e-store, participating Samsung Experience Stores and authorised dealers, retailing at MYR1,399 (Galaxy A51, 8GB RAM) and MYR1,799 (Galaxy A71).

Until 31 July 2020, customers who purchase the Galaxy A51 (8GB RAM) will receive MYR100 off the recommended retail price at select participating outlets.

To recap, the Galaxy A51 sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display and is powered by an octa-core processor with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage (expandable up to 512GB via microSD).

The quad rear camera setup consists of a 48MP f/2.0 main camera, flanked by a 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera, a 5MP f/2.2 depth camera, and a 5MP f/2.4 macro camera. Meanwhile, over on the front, the punch-hole selfie camera is a whopping 32MP unit.

Keeping the device up and running is a 4,000mAh battery that supports 15W Fast Charging via USB-C.

The Galaxy A71, on the other hand, packs a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display and is powered by an octa-core processor mated to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage (upgradable to 512GB).

In terms of optics, it goes one up on its A51 sibling with a bigger and faster main camera—a 64MP f/1.8 sensor, alongside a 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera, 5MP f/2.2 depth camera, and a 5MP f/2.4 macro camera.

Over on the front, it gets an identical 32MP selfie-camera as the A51’s.

Keeping things juiced is a 4,500mAh battery that fast charges via USB-C.
