The metal-clad Samsung GALAXY Alpha may have been shortlived, however, its premium underpinnings and material build lives on in the new GALAXY A5 smartphone. The 5-inch premium mid-range from Samsung may not sport the best hardware, but it sure does look good.

Here’s an exclusive hands-on first look with the new device, prior to its official launch in Malaysia on 8 January 2015.
