It’s a long time coming, but Yes 4G has finally released its mobile self-care application—MyYes4G. The app will make it easier for customers manage their data plan accounts and bills. To celebrate the coming of the new app, Yes is rewarding customers who download and install the app with 1GB worth of free 4G LTE or 4G Broadband data.
The new app has a minimalistic user interface that’s intuitive and easy to use. You can check your data usage, balance summary of your data plan, view your Yes account and profile details, as well as manage multiple accounts.
For added convenience, the app is equipped with a dual-language option—Bahasa Malaysia or English.
You can also pay your monthly bills, purchase data add-ons or reload your prepaid subscription direct from the app. You can pay via Maybank2u or via your credit card. Payments and purchases are automatically saved and viewable from your mobile device.
Like apps found on other telcos, it will also push latet promotions and rewards. If ever you need any assistance, you can contact YesCare for personalised assistance direct from the app.
As mentioned, Yes is throwing in free 1GB of data to prepaid and postpaid customers. From now till 31 August 2017, customers who download and use the new MyYes4G app can claim free data. Prepaid accounts will get 1GB of data with a 7-day validity, while postpaid accounts get 30 days.
