PLUS Travel Time Advisory

Aside from the recommended travel schedule, PLUS will station 3,500 to 5,000 safety and law enforcement personnel at strategic locations along its 1,134km highways in case of any eventualities. This includes 1,344 customer service personnel, 254 PLUSRonda personnel, 1,500 maintenance crew, 58 traffic monitoring centre officers, and 400 RELA volunteers at R&R and rest stops, as well as toll plazas.

The highway concessionaire is also halting all non-critical maintenance and upgrade works until 3 August 2020.

PLUS advises the public to ensure their Touch ‘n Go cards have sufficient balance before they embark on their journey. They can reload their cards before their journey or at select locations along PLUS highways. For RFID users, ensure there is sufficient e-wallet balance while traveling.

They are also advised to stop and rest at the nearest R&R every two hours.

For added convenience, travellers are encouraged to download the PLUS mobile app. The app lets users check toll rates for their journey, access highway CCTV cameras to check on traffic conditions, as well as get assistance from Putri, PLUS’ chatbot who is available 24/7.

Users can also pre-order meals for take-away via the app or the portal https://orderdisini.plus.com.my/ and pick their orders at the nearest R&R stops. The service is available at PLUS R&Rs locations in Dengkil (Both Bounds), Rawang (Northbound) and Sungai Buloh Overhead Bridge Restaurant (Both Bounds), Machap (Both bounds), Ayer Keroh (Southbound), Gunung Semanggol (Both bounds), Pagoh (Southbound), Tapah (Southbound), Ulu Bernam (Southbound) and Juru Lay-by (Southbound) as well as on the LPT2 highway at R&R Ajil (North Bound), Paka (North Bound) and Perasing (South Bound).
