For added convenience, travellers are encouraged to download the PLUS mobile app. The app lets users check toll rates for their journey, access highway CCTV cameras to check on traffic conditions, as well as get assistance from Putri, PLUS’ chatbot who is available 24/7.
Users can also pre-order meals for take-away via the app or the portal https://orderdisini.plus.com.my/ and pick their orders at the nearest R&R stops.
