OPPO F11 Pro ready to dazzle at 19 March launch

OPPO F11 Pro

Launched in India earlier in the month, OPPO’s latest “Selfie Expert” – F11 Pro – is set to dazzle Malaysian hearts come 19 March 2019. The photography-centric device boasts a 48MP + 5MP dual-rear camera setup and a 16MP pop-up selfie camera.

The OPPO F11 Pro comes with a panoramic 6.5-inch FHD+ (1080×2340 @ 397PPI) display boasting a 90.9% screen-to-body ratio. OPPO has cleverly hidden the speaker grill on the phone’s forehead alongside a handful of sensors, delivering an immersive visual experience.

Aesthetically, the phone features a symmetrical design and a gradient colour finish. Two colour options are available: Thunder Black and Aurora Green.

Under the hood, the device runs a MediaTek P70 processor mated to an ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It offers 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage.

OPPO F11 ProKeeping it juiced is a large 4,000mAh battery that supports VOOC Flash Charge 3.0. OPPO claims it reaches full charge 20 minutes quicker than the previous version. The battery is good for up to 36 hours of talktime, 12 hours of video play or 5.5 hours of game play.

The F11 Pro will also come with Hyper Boost, which accelerates performance when needed by games, apps and the operating system.

Specifically for gaming, the phone has Game Assistant that offers notification management, screen record capabilities and other specialised shortcuts. Game Space allows you to personalise game parameters for performance, power consumption and your gaming experience.

OPPO F11 ProIn the optics department, this is where it gets interesting. The rear is a dual-camera system consisting of 48MP f/1.79 + 5MP f/2.4 sensors. The main 48MP sensor is a large one – 1/2.25-inch, to be exact. The new camera is enhanced by AI to give it some special new tricks including amazing portraits, Ultra Night Mode and Dazzle Color Mode.

The front is a 16MP f/2.0 unit with 1.0-micron pixel size.

The F11 Pro runs ColorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie.

Pricing and availability
