Honor Malaysia has teased its new honor device that’s coming to Malaysia soon. This is rumoured to be the flagship honor 10, on the back of the recent price drop of the honor View10 and honor 7X.
Judging from the gradients on the teaser image, this could very well mean a “Twilight”-type design as leaked recently. This is also reminiscent of mother brand Huawei’s latest flagship devices – the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro.
It’s no secret that honor devices share hardware platforms with Huawei’s own. The excellent honor View10 for instance, is really a Mate 10 underneath, albeit with a much lower price tag.
The upcoming honor 10 is rumoured to sport a 5.8-inch FHD+ display (with a notch, surprise!) and will use the 10nm octa-core Kirin 970 with NPU. It will pack 6GB of RAM with either 64GB or 128GB of storage. What’s interesting is that the device looks to have a proper all-screen design, without a home button.
Remember the honor 8’s Aurora Glass? Well, the honor 10 appears to have the same, but with a blue-purple gradient treatment.
Based on leaked renders, the honor 10 will boast a dual-camera system with a f/1.6 lens.
The honor 10 is set to be unveiled on 19 April in Shanghai. Stay tuned for updates.
