Moto E launch

Motorola‘s super affordable Moto E smartphone has finally landed on Malaysian shores. With the Moto E, the mobile phone pioneer continues its partnership with online super store Lazada, who will sell the Moto E exclusively online from today.

With the Moto E, Motorola hopes to continue the success of the Moto franchise, with its star performer – the Moto G enjoying tremendous traction in the budget phone category. The Moto G, in fact, is Motorola’s best-selling smartphone in its history.

Moto E is the third Motorola product available on Lazada, after encouraging sales of the Moto G and flagship Moto X.

Priced at a featherweight RM369.00, the Moto E is the answer to price-sensitive smartphone buyers, and those who are upgrading from their feature phones.

Marcus Frost, Head of EMEA and APAC Marketing for Motorola Mobility declared, “the feature phone is dead” in his presentation of the latest Moto device.

Motorola also announced the official ambassador for the Moto E – blogger/model Felixia Yeap.

One key advantage of the Moto E (and other Moto phones) is that it will always run the latest and greatest stock Android version. Consumers will always get the latest, best Android experience out of the box.

A very cool feature is dual-SIM intelligent calling where the Moto E will learn your usage pattern to determine the best (most used) SIM for your outgoing calls.
