Just shortly after it released the new Windows Phone companion app for Window 8 and Windows RT, Microsoft has updated its media syncing app for Mac users.

Simply named “Windows Phone”, the version 3.0 update is designed to sync your favourite media files from Mac, with a Windows Phone or Zune HD (they still exist?). Videos and photos captured on the phone can also be synced with your Mac.
