Lenovo is helping businesses to DO more – adding the new ThinkStation P300 to its workstation portfolio. The P300 offers workstation-class performance and graphics, flexibility and reliability for an affordable price point.

The P300 is Lenovo’s latest entry-level workstation in its growing ThinkStation portfolio that boasts a new redesigned chassis sans a bulky handle. It features red touch points and an extended lip in the front and the back for portability.

The new FLEX module allows for customised configurations with added cost savings for vertical workflows. The module supports a combination of an ultra-slim optical drive, 29-in-1 media card reader, Firewire (IEEE1394) and eSATA.

In his opening keynote address, Khoo Hung Chuan, Country General Manager, Lenovo Malaysia, said, “The new Lenovo P300 delivers workstation performance and graphics demanded by engineers engaged in advanced 3D mechanical designs and workloads.”

The ThinkStation P300 boasts the latest Intel processors including Intel Xeon E3-1200v3 and 4th generation Intel Core processor options. The P300 is the only ThinkStation model that has support for Intel’s Core i chips.

Targeted at the creative industry as well as oil & gas, media & entertainment, engineering, architecture, finance, medical & science, the P300 is a value buy which delivers high productivity and reliability.

It is also equipped with extensive Independent Software Vendor (ISV) certifications to ensure application reliability.
