Sales of the uber affordable, newly-launched ZTE Blade V7 Lite went off to a tremendous start earlier today. ZTE Malaysia threw an exclusive limited time offer of 50% discount off the device, as part of its launching sale.

The metal-clad Blade V7 Lite officially went on sale at 12.30PM, at the ZTE kiosk, Plaza Low Yat. However, people were already queueing as early as 9.30AM. At 10AM, a crowd formed outside of the Plaza Low Yat main entrance.

Despite the rain, the 600-strong queue remained committed to lay their hands on the affordable all-metal smartphone.

The Blade V7 Lite was launched together with the V7 Max just last Friday, 13 May 2016. The dual-SIM 4G LTE device boasts a rear fingerprint sensor, a metal body and some impressive kit underneath. All for just MYR669.

In conjunction with the launch of the Blade V7 Series though, ZTE is offering the new 5-inch phone for just MYR499 for a limited time.
