Huawei announced the latest addition to their value tablet range. The Huawei Mediapad M3 Lite is a feature-packed tablet that boasts a sleek design, performance-driven speakers, vivid display, and great battery life among other features.
So what do you get with the new Mediapad M3 Lite? For starters, it comes with a large 4,800mAh battery. Huawei says it can provide 600 hours of standby battery life, 40 hours of music playback as well as nine hours of video usage.
For those of you who love using multiple apps at once, the tablet has a Split Screen and Twin App support. For office use, the Mediapad M3 Lite comes preloaded with Microsoft Office 365.
Also, the Mediapad M3 Lite runs on a Snapdragon 435 chipset, backed by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The display is an 8-inch IPS Full HD display which is rated at (1200×1920 pixels @ 283 ppi).

The Mediapad M3 Lite comes with a feature called ClariVu. It gives users a better reading experience by enhancing eye-sight protection when in reading mode. When activated, the screen will automatically adjust the display settings to filter blue-ray lighting and adjusts the colour temperature.
The Mediapad M3 Lite also doesn’t disappoint in the audio department. It rocks dual stereo speakers with quad smart PA chips that delivers a low distortion and immersive sound experience. Also, the Harman Kardon certified audio speakers widens the sound experience, making the audio more realistic and dynamic.
For those who take photos on tablets, the Mediapad M3 Lite comes equipped with an 8MP primary shooter as well as an 8MP selfie shooter. All Mediapad M3 Lite’s will come with Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box.
Pricing and availability
For colour options, the Mediapad M3 Lite is available in Gold and Space Gray. It retails at MYR999 and will be available for purchase in all Huawei Experience Stores as well as Display Zones beginning 13 October onwards.
With every purchase of the new tablet, Huawei will throw in a complimentary leather casing for added safety.
Another interesting thing to note is the lowered price of the current Huawei Mediapad M3 from MYR1,999 to just MYR1,699.
