Honor 9X & Stoned & Co. Limited Edition boxset coming 20 December


For those who appreciate a touch of individuality and exclusivity, Honor has a special edition Honor 9X up its sleeve. In collaboration with local streetwear label Stoned & Co., the smartphone brand has revealed an Honor 9X Stoned & Co. boxset that’s set to debut on 20 December 2019, priced at just MYR999. This is the same price as a regular Honor 9X.

You’ll need to be quick though, because the boxset will be available in extremely limited quantities. One hundred sets are up for grabs at 12.00AM, 20 December at, while another 100 sets will be made available at 11AM, 20 December, at the Honor Experience Store, Sunway Pyramid.

Each Honor 9X Stoned & Co. edition phone casing will bear a unique serial code—001/200 to 200/200. How’s that for exclusivity?

The special boxset was designed exclusively for Malaysian fans and is Honor’s attempt to bridge fashion and tech.

Launched late last month, the Honor 9X keeps to Honor’s winning formula of packing plenty of kit into an attractive device and offered at an accessible price.

The Honor 9X features a 6.59-inch FullView Display without a notch, and is powered by the Kirin 710f chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. It comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB-C port and a 4,000mAh battery.

In terms of cameras, the device boasts an AI triple-camera system: 48MP f/1.8 main camera, 8MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 2MP depth camera. On the front is a pop-up 16MP selfie camera.

The Honor 9X is officially priced at MYR999 and is available for purchase at and the Honor Official Store on Lazada as well as Shopee and Honor Experience Stores.
