Well, it’s that time of year and I’m wishing for things that I can’t afford to buy! Yay! Well, of course I’m kidding… somewhat. But we all love to give and receive over here! (Mostly receive!) But with that being said, here’s my extremely derpy wishlist of items I would love to have or that I find incredibly useful (or funny, whichever is more important at the time)! Not saying that you should give it to me or anyone else for that matter!
Let’s start with some simple, funny and quirky items.
Gun alarm clock
Start your day with some pewpew. Being a gamer, I love shooting stuff and sleeping late. So, for times when I really need to wake up, I’d want to wake up doing something I’m good at! Not what you had in mind, huh?
Probably not the best of self defense weapons, these nun-chuck chopsticks do have an advantage, you’ll never lose the other side. BUT, you’ll probably get a whole bunch of them tangled up in a ball of chains though.
Charging Battery Mug
This cup will remind you when it’s time to recharge with more caffeine because the battery drains as your coffee does. Probably more useful to Vernon than it is to me, since he drinks an average of 5 cups a day.
You’ll stop laughing once you realize how disgusting your keyboard has become.
Adidas Freefootball X-ite Synthetic Shoes
Let’s start with something I really like doing! Being horrible at Futsal! Being an obsessive cheapskate, I tend to use the stuff I buy till they are completely broken. With that being said, Adidas products tend to last really long and it’s been 2 years since my last pair. Besides, my current pair is totally out of shape. Like the owner! This pair is priced at USD65 and are extremely light weight and flexible, not to mention durable. I love Adidas!
Maxpedition Pygmy Falcon-II Backpack
A rugged and tough backpack, perfect size for what I do and perfect for daily use. When it comes to backpacks, I’m all for durability and functionality. Military grade backpacks are usually both. Since I’d be bringing a backpack where ever I go, carrying my ultrabook, cables, hydro-pack and more, it would be the perfect companion for my not so safe and clumsy self. Do note that I’ve drowned an Acer S3 in my Adidas backpack before, due to a hydro-pack burst.
Nvidia GeForce GTX 680
Buying a 27″ Acer Monitor was probably a good buy, but without a powerful enough graphics card to support 2 screens is a flaw on its own. Sure, I can still work with a lower resolution, by why waste that 27″ I just bought. Either way, it’s time for an upgrade and going all the way would last me the next couple of years at least. The GeForce GTX 680 is the top of the line Nvidia GPU. Don’t get me wrong, I’m no fanboy. I just believe it’s time for my ASUS AMD Radeon 5850 to be replaced with something better.
Samsung GALAXY Camera
Possibly a bloggers dream camera, this Android powered 16MP and Wifi/3G capable camera guarantees high quality images with permanent connectivity for sharing and posting online. Perfect for those who love sharing photos and videos without compromising the quality of the upload.
Motorola Droid RAZR Maxx HD
I reviewed the Motorola RAZR Maxx just recently and I was impressed by its balance between software, hardware and battery life. Needless to say, I was a huge fan and I’ve been waiting for this baby to arrive to our shores for a decent amount of time. I guess I won’t be the only one wishing for this, but perhaps if more people were to openly wish for it, Motorola wouldn’t say no? XD
GoPro HERO 3 Black Edition
I absolutely LOVE this thing. While it may be on the pricey end, there is much potential you can do with a mounted camera, mounted on just about anything! Offering 120/60/30 FPS depending on quality, the GoPro HERO 3 Black Edition is a camera workers dream. Time to strap it on and play some paintball!
So there you have it! My wishlist for christmas! DO get me the GoPro, thanks in advance! 😀
