Apple to stream iPhone 11 launch on YouTube for the first time

In an unprecedented move, Apple will live stream the iPhone 11 launch on YouTube for the first time. This will make the launch accessible to even more people, having opened up to Twitter last year.

Traditionally available only to Apple devices and Safari browsers, Apple eventually made its popular event available for Windows 10 users in 2015, accessible via the Microsoft Edge browser.

Last year at WWDC, Apple also opened the doors to more browsers, namely Google Chrome and Firefox.

Among other things, Apple is expected to reveal three new iPhone models: iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max, alongside Apple Watch Series 5, and possibly a pair of new iPads.

Availability of final versions of iOS 13, macOS Catalina, tvOS, iPadOS 13, and watchOS are also expected to be announced.

The Apple event will happen at 10AM PT (1AM MYT, 11 September) on Tuesday, 10 September 2019. Stay tuned!
