Adobe introduces Adobe Sign for small business

Adobe Sign for small business

Adobe has introduced Adobe Sign for small business–an e-signature solution that’s powerful enough for the enterprise, but tailored to meet the needs of small business users. Combined with other market-leading document technologies like Adobe Scan and Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Sign will help small companies digitise legacy work practices that rely on signatures, like customer onboarding, contracts and approvals, payments and invoices, and more.

According to new research from Adobe, small business employees rank paper-based processes as a top impediment to running their business more efficiently. Research found that 75 percent of employees still sign documents with conventional pen and paper.

Adobe now has a complete toolbox to help small companies fully digitise their business: from converting paper to digital with Adobe Scan; creating, reviewing and editing PDFs with Adobe Acrobat; and using PDF services within Microsoft Office 365.

Adobe Sign, the most trusted e-signature solution, is now built into the Acrobat Reader desktop app. You’ll be able to send up to two documents for e-signature each month, free of charge.

The feature will roll out globally to hundreds of millions of users who upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader.

There are three key benefits of Adobe Sign:

You can sign up customers directly from your site. Take any existing PDF form and automatically convert it to an online web form. Forget to-ing and fro-ing with documents, scanning, printing, and emailing.

Adobe Sign lets your customers sign and pay for services in a single step. Now integrated with Braintree, a PayPal service, it’s easy for small businesses to collect payments from customers, right as they fill out and sign a form.

Lastly, you can bulk send a single for to hundreds of customers at once. You may need to send a standard agreement to multiple parties for a signature. Sending each one separately is time consuming. Now you can automate the process while being able to collect tens to hundreds of signatures at a click of a button. Additionally, Adobe Sign will also track which signatures are outstanding.

Don’t let paperwork drown your productivity.
