For a limited time offer, webe’s MYR79/month postpaid plan offer is seemingly unending. The new telco on-the-block has extended the special offer yet again until further notice. The official list price of webe’s singular plan is MYR199/month.

Webe is the only telco in the country that has a single plan strategy. It’s a unique postpaid plan that gives you unlimited internet data, voice calls and SMS. Priced officially at MYR199/month, webe initially rolled out its services to existing TM and P1 customers for a discounted rate of MYR79/month.

It also gave a discount if you owned a “webe-certified” phone (one that supports its 850MHz band LTE network).

It has since opened its service to the non-TM, non-P1 public, and offered at the same discounted rate of MYR79/month, “for a limited time.”

Webe’s unique selling proposition lies in its single unlimited plan with no contract offer. It however, charges for mobile hotspot or tethering. The rate is MYR6 for two hours.

In terms of roaming, webe offers unlimited roaming from MYR39/day in selected countries.

Additionally, webe now offers unlimited video-calling via OTT platforms like WhatsApp, Skype and more (native video calling isn’t supported).

If you’re looking to use your webe plan for torrenting or P2P downloads, speeds are capped at 64Kbps. So stick to your fibre plan.
