Consumers can now head to the nearest Samsung Experience Store or authorised reseller to get their hands on the latest Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge smartphones. Global demand has exceeded expectations as both phones have already hit 20 million in pre-orders over the past few weeks. Pre-orders have been brisk since the big launch on 2 April. “Samsung’s devices are built around what matters most to our consumers. The Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge have redefined what it means to have function that meets beauty,” said Lee Jui SIang, Vice President, Mobile, IT and Digital Imaging, Samsung Malaysia Electronics.

At the Samsung Experience Store at The Gardens Mall in the morning, throngs of people queued to pick up pre-ordered devices as well as to meet local badminton hero Dato’ Lee Chong Wei, also brand ambassador for Samsung. A meet and greet session ensued where Dato’ Lee gave away exclusive signed racquets to 50 pre-order customers and 30 contest winners.

SME had earlier organised a well-received “I want #myGalaxyS6” hunt that gave out the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge as prizes.

The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge are by far Samsung’s most beautiful and technologically advanced phones.
