Samsung Unpacked 2014 Episode 2

September looks like a big month for smartphones – firstly Apple‘s big iPhone 6 event is rumoured to be on 9 September, and now confirmed is the Samsung Unpacked 2014 Episode 2 event on 3 September. The press invite reveals that there will be three simultaneous launch events in Berlin, Beijing and New York. It’s an open secret, and the GALAXY Note 4 is expected to headline the event.

Rumoured specs include a 5.7-inch quad-HD AMOLED display, 16MP main shooter, a possible metal chassis with faux leather back, 4G LTE, Snapdragon 805 or octa-core Exynos processor.

Some leaks point to 16, 32 and 64GB configurations with 3GB or 4GB RAM and the GALAXY Note 4 is expected to run Android 4.4 KitKat with TouchWIZ.

The Air Command menu will be one of the Note 4’s biggest features, given the tablet’s stylus-driven value proposition.

We’ve always considered the Note range the best to come out of Samsung‘s stables, so we’ve got high expectations for this one.
