It looks like the pent-up demand for the highly-anticipated iPhone X is real. Slated to be available at Apple Stores starting 8AM tomorrow, 3 November 2017, hundreds of customers have already flooded the streets outside of Apple Store Singapore.
This is what it looks like outside of the Orchard Road Apple Store as of 11PM tonight.

Apple Store staff members urged the swelling crowd to take “one step back” and that “this will take a while. There is no point pushing.”
Apparently, there were five or six people queuing outside the store as early as Wednesday, 1 November.
The iPhone X retails for SGD1,648 for the 64GB model, and SGD1,888 for the 256GB model in Singapore.
Apple had said earlier that initial response to its 10th anniversary iPhone was “off the charts.” Pre-order units on 27 October 2017 were snapped up in minutes, which quashes concerns over muted demand.
The more conventional iPhone 8 has not enjoyed the same demand, although analysts believe sales have been “steady.”
The iPhone X marks the biggest design and technological change in the iPhone since the original iPhone debuted in 2007.
